Lokita is made from carefully selected ripe agaves from a perfect diversity of terroirs, balancing the mineral profile of the southern clay soils with the delicate fruit and floral notes of the Jalisco highlands.
Our agaves are cooked slowly in mamposteria ovens, to enhance the intense expression of their notes. Lokita is distilled twice in copper stills and distillation columns to deliver the perfect sweetness to your palate.

APPEARANCE
Clear as a diamond.
NOSE
Discover the delicately cooked agave as first note, followed by a hint of citric, pear, apple, pineapple, tamarind and soft herbal notes.
PALATE
The taste is intense, with honest personality. The palate reveals notes of lemon, pear, apple and pineapple. A fresh and rounded flavor to finish with an elegant aftertaste. Its full-body and exquisite aroma will conquer your palate.
PAIRINGS
Ideal to pair with seafood and fresh dishes with citrus hints as ceviche. Fish and shellfish have a silky and slightly sweet taste that combines perfectly with the lightness of Lokita Blanco.

PALOMITA
- 2 parts Lokita Blanco
- 2 parts fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 part lemon or lime juice
- ½ part agave syrup
- Pinch of salt
Pour all the ingredients, except the grapefruit juice, into a glass.
Blend (a good way to innovate is to use a molinillo rather than a traditional blender).
Fill the glass with ice and add the grapefruit juice.
Garnish with half a pink grapefruit slice and salt.
