LOKITA
ESPADÍN
Our Espadín agaves, harvested at full maturity after 8 years, are carefully selected by our Mezcalero Maestro, Arturo Martínez.
Slowly cooked in volcanic stone pits, crushed with Tahona, fermented in pine vats, then distilled twice in copper stills: each stage respects ancestral methods handed down from generation to generation.
The result is a deep, authentic mezcal that truly reflects the spirit of the agave.

Tasting notes
APPEARANCE
NOSE

The attack is frank on the palate, round and full-bodied. A complex blend of citric and spicy flavours. An intense, smoky aftertaste that reveals the sweetness of ripe agave.
